Trouble with Xbox account

So when I turned my console on I was signing in entering my passkey then something came up saying something went wrong I tried serveal times same thing keeps happening I can sign on offline but whenever I go to my profile or try go online it always signs
me out I need help to sign in on my account online this problem occurred a few hours ago I can sign in on my phone using the Xbox app and on mircosoft website but can’t on Xbox for some reason

"YOUR ACCOUNT HAS BEEN SUSPENDED DUE TO A PROBLEM WITH YOUR PAYMENT OPTION." = call up phone support and sort it out with them.

Unfortunately there's not much else you can do then. The only other thing I can think of is because your account region and your physical location doesn't match, it's causing billing errors. But I"m not sure.

Hey SoleHarmony8983! Do other accounts sign in successfully on the console? Do you have 2 factor authentication enabled on your account? Additionally, are you using a wired or wireless connection? Post back and let us know!

The point is i have all the passwords but do not use the account but its linked to my live , i want to move my live over to my permanent email and then delete the old account and other xbox profile i accidentally created which is hindering me moving it

go to https://beta.support.xbox.com/help/account-profile/manage-account/compromised-account-solution to see if you
can recover the old email address and lock the hacker out.

even if you don't use the email service, it is worth recovering it to protect your Xbox account.

if that doesn't work you can click the Contact us button on that page.

select Family and online safety as the category

select I want to protect my account as the topic

skip the Covid notification

scroll to the bottom of the options and select Request a call or Chat online

Pretty sure you will need to contact phone support for this one. If you can identify that you own the account,(not certain exactly what all is involved with that) they should be able to help you sort things out. 800-4MY-XBOX for the US and Canada.

Also whats more annoying in this day and age you cant even just delete an account? Really? I know theres issues with security but surely thats what questions and mobile numbers confirmation are for ?
