Trouble with updating The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt Game of The Year Edition

I just received an XBOX ONE S and The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt Game of the Year Edition. After hours of waiting for the console to finally install the initial update (6 hours), and the 39.92 GB installation for the game itself (45 minutes) I now have to sit
through another update for the game but nothing is happening. It says it's updating it's still at 0% completion after an hour of sitting here. Internet connection is fine, although it's a slower DSL connection. This is absolutely ridiculous. All I want to
do is play this game. I have no intention to play any game online, yet here I am. Does anyone have any advice???

Hello, my son has mistakenly buy today the game "the witcher 3: wild hunt game of the year edition" with the money of my microsoft wallet, I would like to know if it is possible to make me refund.

Rewards points for purchased games

On the 13th of april i bought 'the witcher 3 wild hunt game of the year edition' and on june 1st i bought 'ark survival evolved' both from the microsoft store, but did not receive credits?

Thanks, by the way I just noticed that previously what I played is the witcher 3 wild hunt but now it is the witcher 3 wild hunt game of the year edition. Will it affect the files not being loaded? I just noticed it now after checking my game history.

Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums. We understand that you are currently inquiring about transferring save data across different versions of the game.

Witcher 3 Ultimate edition is different from the
Game of the Year Edition and the
base game. You will actually notice that this game also has its own seprate achivements.

Game data will not be able to transfer between these two titles. This was a decision as per the developers of the game.

I hope this was able to clarify any confusion this might have caused.
