Hello, After I recived One Month Free trial memberships, I changed my gametag and lost trial gold, When I retry to get it back with the same card I have error:

Only a limited number of these are allowed on any one account.

Can you see if is the subscription is still active or when your redeemed the code? Changing your gamertag shouldn't have cancelled the sub. Unfortunately no one will really be able to help you here if something funny has gone on, you will need to contact

At commerce.microsoft.com I see that have active gold until 21.04.2015.

 

So is the account your posting on is the one with the issue? Have you deleted and re-downloaded the profile? That can help sync the account subscription, but please make sure you have your email and password before doing so.

If that doesn't work or you already tried it, contact phone support.

Official support drops into the forums, but I don't believe they can help with billing issues, like gold subscriptions. It's a free call to phone support and I'm sure they could get this issue sorted quickly. I'm not even sure if chat can help, but you could
try, it's still writing per se.
