Trouble with the game dlc etc

So I noticed dead space on the market the other day and downloaded it. Since I don't currently have access to my 360 games/console and I really enjoyed the game. But I've run into a few issues that maybe you guys can help with. Most of my dlc is not there
and it keeps telling I need to buy an online pass. I bought all the dlc for this back on the 360 and the game was purchased new at the time so I should already have a pass linked to my account. My question is how do I get it to recognize that I already have
this stuff. I'm not about to repurchase everything I already own. Thanks for your time.

Trouble with dlc

Zaeed's mission should show up once you pick him up on Omega. He even mentions when you pick him up how helping him was part of his 'payment' from Cerberus.

The Firewalker missions should appear once you downloaded it, but I think you have to first read the e-mail pertaining to it on you're computer before it will activate on the Galaxy Map.

 

Trouble with dlc

Downloaded it on my old 360 originally. That one bit the dust, so I bought a brand new one a few weeks ago and re-downloaded the add-ons. They work fine on my live profile but not on the non-live profiles. My son would like to play them but they're not available.

Could the DLC have been purchased on a different Microsoft Account? Check your
Microsoft Commerce page and let us know which specific DLC you're missing and the date you purchased the DLC so we can narrow down the specific issue. Keep us posted!

 

Hey thanks for replying, I've only ever used my account and it's the same account I created my gamertag with almost 10 years ago. That page you linked to seems to cut off after 2 years. Most of my content purchased is older than that. A couple of the dlc
weapon/suit packs are missing and I'm still unable to play co-op since it's asking me to download an online pass that's not available. I know at least 2 of the dlcs were codes that came in the game box.

 

Just to quickly clarify, is this with Dead Space 2 or Dead Space 3? We are currently investigating DLC issues similar to what you described for Dead Space 2 specifically. Could you list the specific content exact names so we can take a deeper look?

The specific DLC we all seem to be having issues with is Collector's Edition Items, RIvet Gun and Online Pass.

 

Hey Kamikaze, just to let you know you're not alone.... Myself as well as the 3 friends I went to the midnight release for deadspace 3 with all have the same problem. Have them check your purchase history for deadspace 3. It's quite likely all purchase data
is missing. For some reason Microsoft lost my deadspace 3 purchases. I've talked to 4 of their support techs and every one insists it cannot happen, that it must have been an alternate account, or blah blah blah yet there are reports popping up all over of
missing purchases related to deadspace. Mister Beep, if you see this, kindly have your guys look into why these purchases are not in the accounts, there is very clearly a fault with Microsoft records keeping and could cause future problems...
