    status code 03-57-00

    I'm having some troubles with my Xbox 360 and it playing some games and DVDs. It always has the status code 03-57-00 and I've gone thru all the steps on the trouble shooting page. Most notably my Xbox had trouble playing my brother's Skyrim on my Xbox. I've
    played a friend's Skyrim on my Xbox just fine and my brother's Skyrim works fine on other Xbox 360s. I've had this trouble for a while and it's very upsetting because I don't have money to buy my own Skyrim or get a new Xbox 360.

    Thanks for any help if you can!

    You're out of luck. Unless Bethesda patches these then there's nothing you can do. They're working on Elder Scrolls Online so I don't think a patch will be released any time soon, if ever. That being said, the only thing you can really do is start your save
    file over.

    Hi MeadsOfAsphodel,

    I had a look for you regarding this bug and there is a suggested fix for PC which may be worth trying on the xbox360 version:

    Bug:

    If you have already killed Drascua in the Companions quest "Kill the leader at Dead Crone Rock", when you reach her area, her corpse will still have the quest pointer above her head. As she is already dead, the quest is not able to be completed.

    PC Fix: Using the resurrection console command can allow for the quest to be completed.

    Not sure if its worth trying a resurrect scroll on Drascua's corpse.

    Hope this helps if not at least it is a known bug within the Skyrim community

    Well after constantly starting the download up again after each time it stopped, with no deletions, the completion rate began to slowly increase. It took about an hour per 1% until it hit 28% after which it continued at a normal download speed.

    I noticed you said you have cleared cache and deleted skyrim data, I am woundering if you did in that order.

    I want you too back up your skyrim saves using a usb memory stick. because you must delete all things skyrim. because if the download did not finish it may have corrupted a number of files on your drive.

    so please back up data then delete then clear cache. and a redownload at that point should be successful.
