Trouble with saved games? Constant factory resets are driving me up the wall!

Hey everyone I'm in desperate need for some help. My xbox has been telling me it's having trouble with my saved games. This has happened before and an easy factory reset has fixed the issue and was fine for a couple of months. More recently however I've
had to do an offline factory reset with a usb AND a offline update. It was fine for a couple of days, then it kept happening. This month alone I've had to fully reset my xbox no less then 6 TIMES! I've tried contacting the support desks but it always just
tells me to go to the online formus. I'm thinking of getting it repaired cause I've lost all hope

To those having troubles with 3.6gb update... If the update didnt verified the update, do a full factory reset. It will not lose any save games cause games are on the cloud drives

Sorry to hear it. Make sure the console is plugged directly to a wall socket. If you still have trouble then try doing a factory reset on the console. There's an option to keep installed games and apps and your saves will be safe on the Cloud.

Beyond that the console would need to be repaired or replaced.

Sorry to hear it. If you were having trouble logging in and now cannot download the profile to the console then you may need to try a Factory Reset of the console.

A factory reset would delete all content from the internal hard drive. Saves stored on the Cloud and games stored on an external hard drive would be save.

If that does not work for you then the issue would like with your account and only phone support would be able to assist with that.
