Anyone else having trouble playing gta san andreas on xbox one? it keeps asking me if i own it every time i try to run it. i just paid for it, i clearly do. haha

Trouble with GTA San Andreas

I bought GTA San Andreas 2 Black Fridays ago on the markeplace, I have tried to download the game quite a few times, but everytime I do it I cannot play it because XBOX is telling me to download the game again. Has anyone had this issue in the past? Every
other market place game/demo that I have downloaded works perfectly, except this one.

Trouble with GTA San Andreas

Have you changed consoles since you last bought the game? If so a license transfer could hep.

Otherwise, try deleting the game file, clearing the memory cache, then redownload again, this usally fixes 90% of these types of problems.

"At the moment as far as I know Microsoft are still having issues with

it. If you purchased it digitally as you say you have then you can try going into your console settings and changing your location to Germany (This should be the third option on the relevant settings page). Your console will need to restart after this but
once it's done that go to the store and check San Andreas again, it should be available for you to download then. Obviously once the download is done change your location back to whatever your region is. This worked for me so hopefully it'll work for you until
such time that Microsoft have a proper fix in place."

Hey there Bruno! If you are having trouble getting San Andreas to play, please try deleting the game, clearing the system cache, restarting the console, and then downloading it again.

If that doesn't do it, try deleting the game again, clearing the system cache, downloading 9gbs or more of content, then downloading San Andreas again. Let me know if either of these suggestions work, thanks!

Hey there Fresh! I understand you are having some trouble playing San Andreas. We have a new solution to try out. What I want you to do is delete the San Andreas game file, clear cache, and then download at least 9gb of other files (games, demos, etc.).
These can be things you already purchased or free demos, so don't worry about spending any extra money. Once that is done, download San Andreas from your purchase history again and try it out. Please let me know how that goes, thanks!

How come I was able to purchase the games if I wasn't able to download them. Also, last year I purchased GTA San Andreas and downloaded it with no trouble.
