    Trouble with redeeming prepaid cards?


    After I entered the code from the back of the prepaid card I got an error I haven't gotten before. It recognized the code and everything seemed right then when I pressed redeem, I got an error that said "Sorry there was an unexpected error. This error will
    be investigated. Please try again later." I got no error code that I could use in the support section but I did get this; XBOS-3015, 61fb4c40-05ae-4fab-8759-88645945f8a3 , 2016/12/22 - 03:23:51 UTC

    It's seems it is not your day right now!

    But yes, wait few hours and after the alert is gone try redeeming your card :)
