Trouble with Rakuten TV/Wuaki TV app

is anyone else here having trouble with the Rakuten TV/Wuaki TV app? It works fine on every device except for my xbox. At first it was taking forever to load up. So I deleted it, cleared my cache and reinstalled it. Now it won’t even launch. I keep getting
the error code 0x80070bfa, which isn’t even recognised. Can anyone drop some knowledge?

Mine works fine except for when I tell to change the channel it shows that I Told it to 'watch comedy central' but it remains on the current channel can't seem to figure it out

Hi I’m getting the same problem, can anyone help out please?

 

I am having a problem with wuaki:

"It seems a problem has occurred, please try later", and "the server is not available".

It has been like this since they merged my TalkTalk.tv account films with my existing wuaki account some days ago now

It works on every other device apart from xbox

 

Also having the same problems, can someone look into this and sort it? Been like it all week!!

 

Same problem here and guessing as your post 14 days ago there has been no fix

 

Not working here either - shocking service - no worries theyll probably sell the service in a couple of months like talk talk and blinkbox - total bollocks
