    Trouble with purchasing from XBL Store


    "Change your settings to allow purchases
    Your settings are blocking purchases of free or paid content. If you still want to buy this, first change your settings to allow purchases. Parents will have to change this setting for children," is the message I receive when trying to purchase Diablo
    3 on my Xbox One. I changed my settings so I can purchase free content and priced content, yet I still receive this message. I have no one in my Xbox family so I shouldn't be having any trouble with parent accounts or children accounts. Please explain why
    I keep receiving this message and how I will be able to purchase the content.

    Have not received points from a promotion.

    I have checked, there is nothing in my email that has to do with the points I get from the promotion which is causing me some trouble. I have emails regarding the points I got from purchasing code cards from stores as well as the ones I got from the Rewards
    program though.

    Problems purchasing stuff of store

    Hi im having trouble purchasing items off the Xbox live store I go to buy an item and it tells me this purchase has to be made from my Xbox one and I am making this purchase on my Xbox one. It happens with all backwards compatible games and any items in
    the avatar store. Can someone please help

    Sorry to hear about the purchasing issue! Since you have adjusted the settings, it sounds like there may have been an issue with promoting your account. If there has been a change recently (such as turning 18) that would cause this sort of promotion, I recommend
    contacting our chat or phone support agents through our
    Contact Us     page.

    I'm trying to get shadow of mordor season pass on Xbox store, it's selling for 10$ I got an online code. I tried getting it and it said which credit card do you want to use. I'm confused in what's going on because I got an online code and it looks like
    the season pass won't let me get it. Some help would be grate.

    You can't use the money on the account to buy hardware. It can only be used to purchase content from the XBL marketplace. You'll need to buy the cable from a store.

    If you do not want a re-occurring payment I would suggest you purchase a XBL membership card from a store. You can purchase multiple different membership lengths as well.
