Trouble With Preview Program !

Hello fellow xbox friends and staff, Today I am posting ont he forums because of the following.

1. I applied for the preview program on the xbox one app "Xbox Preview Dashboard"

2. The update came in today and I updated the console to receive the new dashboard.

3. When i finish the update i peek around at the new contents, and then I go to try to load up the game.

4. But when I click anything that has to do with multiplayer it immediately gives me an error

5. So I went back to the Xbox preview Dashboard to see the registration, and it still says pending.

Below I will post a picture of what my updated xbox preview dashboard app is telling me.

I have yet to be able to play on any multiplayer game at all and am getting frustrated.

Please help me solve this issue !

Please use the preview forums for preview related issues
forums.xbox.com/.../default.aspx it really is the best place to get help and info with the preview program.

A hard reset may help you, hold the power button on the xbox for 5-10 seconds until it shuts off and then restart you console.

You can find a known issues list in the preview dashboard app which may have info about your games your having issues with.

There is a problem with the latest update the MTU as dropped to 510 which is a big problem, Do as Mythreign suggests and check the preview forum.
