Trouble with play anywhere on PC

I own the digital copy of Forza Horizon 3 on my Xbox One. I'm not really sure how I got it, it may have been pre-installed because I can't find it anywhere in my purchase history. As far as I can tell, it should be ok to play on my PC for free with the "Xbox
play anywhere". The game is not showing up in my library on the Microsoft store on my computer. I see many other games on there that are on my Xbox, but not this one. Anybody have a solution?

i can play shared Forza Horizon 3 on my xbox but when i try to download it to pc it just says buy? no download anywhere.. so can i play shared xbox anywhere games with pc?

Yea, I looked on there earlier and there wasn't anything that helped.

 

Thank you for your response. It seems the game is not added to your account, here are steps on how to add Forza Horizon 3 on Xbox app:

1. Launch Xbox app.

2. Click Any Games.

3. You will see a button on the upper right side for you to add the game.

*You can also go to account.microsoft.com to login into your account and check if you have successfully purchased the game.
