Trouble with my mass effect

I downloaded both my mass effect and dlc after download i started it up and it was all in german this never happened before and i do not know how to change it. I have tried everything

EA has a fix for this particular issue over on their
support page. Give those steps a try and if you're still having issues, please let us know

 

Backward Compatibility of Xbox One X about Xbox 360 game "Mass Effect 2"

I am in trouble because I cannot install Xbox 360 game "Mass Effect 2" on my Xbox One X console, in spite of "Mass Effect 2" exists in backward compatibility list (Xbox One 下位互換性 | Xbox).

I bought digital version in Microsoft Store of Windows 10. But I couldn't install "Mass Effect 2" on my Xbox One X console, although I could install "Mass Effect 1" and "Mass Effect 3".

I have a Xbox 360 console too, so I can play "Mass Effect 2" game. But I want to play it on the Xbox One X console, if possible.

Is there a method to install this game on my Xbox One X console?

 

Make sure your Xbox's
language settings are correct.

 

They are it is set to united states

 

I am part of the preview program idk if this is causing it it worked fine before i got the update to the new dashboard

 

I'm having the same problem. My language settings are correct my dashboard and everything else is in English but the game is all in German and I sat on the phone with support for a half hour and they ended up telling me to go to the forums. I've had no success
in getting it back to English either

 

If you're in the preview program, then the best place to post this is in the preview forums, that way a member of support will be able to help you fix the problem for you.

Im just opting out of it till the backwards compatiability comes out next month too many problems that are not being fixed
