Trouble with my gamer tag

Hello thanks for reading this, the problem is that my gamer tag was changed and it wasn't me, I tried to change it back but it says that I have to pay to change my user name again, the user name I used to have was palolo720 and now it's .

Please help me change it.

You get one free gamertag change.When you create a account you are given a random gamertag,you can change from that random tag to one of your choosing for free.

As you have already used your one time free name change any other changes must be paid for.

Yes, I know, I created my account and it gave me a random user name, e.g. Whatever123, then I change it to Palolo720, and after a few time it automatically changed to without me doing anything.

I think its mean you need to call support because you dont want to be accessing a account that doesnt belong to you.
