Trouble with my down loded puzzles disapearing.

can you add some information for this issue.

The name of the Game this is happening in for and on what device this is happening on for example, that will help in trying to find a possible solution.

none of the puzzles will down load. takes your gold bars then starts to down load then a box pops up you don't have enough money for that puzzle. also your free puzzles wont load. I'm not the only one having this trouble. This has been going on for a long
time now. why hasn't some one dressed this issues. some one needs to get off their butt and get this taken care of. where not posting for the fun of it, we like the puzzles and very upset that Microsoft do seem to care. fix the issues please

i also downloaded the mordor season pass and can not down lode it this is bs and needs to be fixed im am glad I am not the only one

I reinstalled the game and it still loaded for the same amount of time. As i was loding a world it crashed. After re opening the game I loded my world, it started to load and then without getting into the game it gave me the save and quit loding screen sending
me back to the world select.

On my 3d attempt I loded into the world and because it was night time I slept but when I woke up the screen was dark and still hade the chat/ wake up option causing the game to crash. So the game is worse after reinstalling, although nothing can ruin this
great game for me.

i can't down-lode the new dashboard at all it gets about 75% then it just stops moving i have waited for 4 hour's anyone else having this problem???
