    Heyo everyone,I need help. My Xbox live ran out a few days ago (im certian that it did) and i cant form/join parties or join multiplayer games (obviously). But, the problem is when i try to redeem my 14 day trial, it says that i already have live...so once
    again i tried to form a party and join a multiplayer match and im prompted with the same message: You need Gold to access this. I have tried entering the code several times, and yes, before you ask... I have tried turning my xbox off and on. Any

    Since the security info is keeping you from updating your payment option, you would need to contact phone support and speak to billing. They can help you get it sorted out and end the suspension. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in US/Canada or

    Trouble with live

    Any one else having problems, can't access friends and I've earned about 100 or gamerscore and it's not adding to my score, I know it doesn't mean anything before anyone says lol just wondering if anyone else is having problems

    Sorry to hear the sign in trouble. Just so I can clarify, your husband is having trouble signing in with their Xbox Live Profile while you're having trouble staying signed into YouTube? What is the error when you try to sign into Xbox Live exactly?
