    hi i recently purchased a xbox one x .. i used the trail codes for live gold .. and it shows my status a live gold yet im unable to play any multiplayer games.. infact when go to play it takes me to purchase it! When i decline im told i cant play

    Trouble with Xbox Live Gold

    I have had xbox live gold on automatic renewal for several years now. When I go to play battlefield 4, forza 5, or GTA 5, I am prompted to buy xbox live gold. When i attempt to purchase xbox live gold and accept the payment, I am provided with a message
    that reads "Sorry, thats as many as you can have, Only a limited number of these are allowed on any one account."

    Is anyone experiencing, or have experienced this, and what steps did you take to get it fixed?

    Trouble with Xbox Live Gold

    Yes, is active. I can play online multiplayer, my subscription will end on January 4th 2018.

    I did a power cycle and nothing changed.

    Trouble with live gold

    Trials don't give you a full gold membership,they give you limited access to some xbox live gold features.

    Some games wont let you play online with a trial,you would need a full gold membership.

    You need to have Xbox Live Gold, and also need to check If Xbox live Status is having any trouble with that game

    I'm having trouble redeeming Xbox Live Gold 12 months. Returns the code: 801613c9. I've tried with 2 Xbox Live Gold Pre-Paid and did not work, always returns the same error.

    Yes, it takes a Gold membership to play online.

    Is that the issue or are you having trouble connecting to live at all?
