Trouble with intalling from microsoft store

So I have tried three times to install the Ultimate Edition for State of Decay 2 onto my Xbox one. Each time it stops at 40.6% and says ready to start. The download never finishes even if I restart and check for updates etc. I find it really odd that it
stops at the exact same point three times in a row. Any help?

i am a victim to the disc drive of doom. help!

I'd do like peanut suggested and just take it back to the store you bought it from. No way would I trouble with sending it in to Microsoft and being without it for a month!

Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for advice on how to deal with this issue. I can totally understand how this could be pretty distressing, however this is not the place where refunds are granted.

The only way to get a refund would be to follow the steps
outlined on our site.

I've deleted microsoft jigsaw and intalled again, now the downloading works

I think they will be in your ready to intall list..

But you can hide them from there

Sorry to hear it. Please highlight the game from the dashboard and press the start button on the controller then select Manage Game. If the content is not in your downloaded content list then go to Ready to Install to install it from there.

If you should not be able to intall the DLCs from here, also try to access them via the Xbox Store instead.
