Trouble with Installation (Installation Stopped Message)

    Trouble with Installation (Installation Stopped Message)


    I am not sure if this is the right subreddit to ask this on, but I have actively been trying to download Call of Duty: Vanguard but it won't allow me to. I was able to download all 5 content packs, but the second I press *install* on the base game it IMMEDIATELY says "Installation Stopped." Then it tries it again by itself, then again says "Installation Stopped." I have restarted by console, hard reset, left it alone for days, and still nothing. And I am able to download other games perfectly fine. Any help would be great.

    Installation 100% then Installation Stopped message

    It sounds like the update may have become corrupted. Have you tried uninstalling the game and reinstalling it?

    It is on Xbox, and after I resume the stopped installation, it stops after a few seconds with the same message "installation stopped".

    I have the same issue but with an add on and I accidentally pressed "Cancel" and it deleted it, currently trying to get it back. Customer support told me to power cycle the Xbox, take the game disk in and out, and then disconnect and reconnect from the internet.
    But it still doesn't work.

    I am also having the same issue I was hoping the new update would fix but it did not. I am currently deployed to Afghanistan and my wife purchased me a Xbox One and sent it to me. My internet is not that great but I have had this console here for almost
    two weeks and just finished Ryse's update because every couple minutes it either goes to "Queue" or "Installation Stopped".. It is getting really frustrating.
