Trouble with GOLD subscription for my familly

I have a Gold subscription since a very long time and no problem BUT since 2 months my wife can't play Gold !!!

She's in my account noticed like familly but impossible to have access to Gold part for my Wife !!!

I need help please.

XboX live Gold is not share with my familly

I create a new account and I put it in the familly. In the familly, there is my other account with XboX live Gold. I put the two account in that's in my home Xbox. But, I can't have Gold on my new account...

xbox live child account deleted by mistake

Hello. Because of the migration from familly pack to normal gold account anounced by Microsoft i tried to connect and buy something. My account appeared to be still a member of the familly pack, but i found the option to make Adult the account, so i did
it. It seems that was not the option that made my account from xbox member to normal gold, but an option that removed me from the familly...and now i lost 6 months of gold. How can i revert back to familly pack in order to have the same gold account as before?

Hey Sir Ban! As long as she is using the console you've designated as your Home console she should be able to. Double check and make sure that is the case. Additionally, are you in the Preview Program at all? Post back and let me know how it goes!

the probleme is when i add a mamber of my familly he say they are already in the familly but i'm not in the familly ( it's the saim mail of account microsoft)

The "family" feature has nothing to do with sharing Xbox Live Gold.

The account that has Xbox Live Gold needs to be set as the Home Console on the Xbox console where you want the subscription to share out.

Sign into your account on your Xbox console and go to -

Settings > Personalization > My Home Xbox > See if it says Make this My home Xbox (meaning this profile is not set as the home console ) or This isn't my home Xbox (meaning that this profile is set as the home console on your Xbox)

You cannot set your profile as the Home Console on two or more Xbox consoles at the same time.

Let us know if you're still having issues

So whatever console you are trying to do this on you need to make that console the profile with the gold its home console. then any other profile on that console can play its digital games and use its gold it has nothing to do whether you are in the family
or not it has to do with the console itself and whether that console is that profiles home console.
