Trouble with getting compromised account back.

You can also try the compromised account solution
here but I find hard to believe someone would go to all the trouble of "hacking" a account just to change the gamerpic.

I've tried but it is a completely different email on my account when I go to login

These steps are to get full access to your account back and not have others being able to login to your account.
