    Trouble with Game Clips & Upload Studios...


    Anyone else having these issues? Anymore, if I try to watch mine or someone elses clip, it plays a little, then freezes up, plays a little more, then freezes up again, over & over. As for Upload Studios, it keeps closing out me unexpectedly
    constantly, making it almost impossible to use. I uninstalled the app, then reinstalled & it still does it. It seems like with each update, it gets better, but at the same time, worse. I even restared my Xbox & nothing. Any help is appreciated, thanks Trouble with Game Clips & Upload Studios... :)

    P.S. How do you pin things to home now? The update seems to have taken that option away, though sometimes it will say pin to home, but it doesn't work?

    P.S.S. I have an Xbox One S Launch Edition, so I don't know if that has something to do with it or not.

    How can I record and upload my game clips with Xbox One? I wanna record some COD Ghosts & DR 3 clips then upload them but dunno how to do it exactly?

    Save error 0x80040206

    I have everything installed correctly and this just started happening. I go to upload studios and I can watch my clips but when I hit the "start button" ( I'm old school ) the option to even save them is even gone. I go to upload studios to try to upload
    my clips and it gets to about 50% then the error 0x80040206 pops up. This is extremely frustrating to me as I love the option to share and show your clips.

    im also having trouble uploading game clips to onedrive and studio but i tried a old game clip and that uploaded so its just all my new clips tried everything dont know what to do ?

    Hey Poulpc,

    Thanks for posting! The primary app we recommend using to check and manage your game clips will be the Upload Studio app. If you delete a clip after recording, does it show up in the Upload Studio app? If it does still appear right away, does waiting a minute
    or two reflect that the Clip is deleted properly?

    Let us know if the Upload Studio app behaves as expected.

    Hey Jason!

    Thanks for reaching out to us today. Game clips on Xbox are recorded, edited, and shared from the Game DVR feature associated to the Upload Studio app. The Upload Studio app is the only way to upload and share clips that you recorded from Xbox or Xbox on
    Windows 10.

    As of right now, I don't think there is a way to convert or transfer your recorded files that are captured using your internal graphics card. All clips are captured using the Game DVR feature and then edited and shared from Upload Studio.

    Upload Studio/Game DVR won't work!!

    Upload Studio seems to have been broken for about 2 weeks now, I am unable to upload a clip of any kind thru the Upload Studio, I have to upload them thru my clip manager.

    4K Upload Studio and YouTube Clip Uploads

    Hi there!

    Unfortunately you can only share gameplay clips on Xbox Live, OneDrive, or Twitter at this time directly from your Xbox. Uploading to YouTube from the Xbox is currently not available.

    You should be able to edit 4K clips in upload studio granted you have an Xbox One X. The only difference between 4K clips and normal clips is that 4K clips are limited to 30 seconds but editing them should all be the same.
