    Trouble with Free Games


    I downloaded world of tanks a FREE TO PLAY game and was happily playing it for weeks close to my tier 10 tank. But then XBOX strikes again, I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game 4 times and have even tried multiple accounts and signing out but XBOX
    won't let me enter my game because I need a disk? WHAT THE ****?

    Search Marketplace for these Free games. I'm having trouble posting links right now. Look for
    Harm's Way, Doritos Crash Course, and Aegis Wing. These are free full version games with achievements.

    Please try a soft factory reset of your Xbox One console selecting the option to keep your games and apps to avoid having to download them again. Any changes with this experience after that?

    Thanks for trying that. Are you an Xbox Live Gold subscriber? What happens if you try to play another Free to Play game with online multiplayer? Are you able to play or do you see an error message?

    Also, can you please send us a photo or verbatim of the error message you did see?
