Trouble with Fallout 3 on Xbox One - not saving to cloud, achievements locked

I've been playing FO3 literally every day for a total of 136 hours in the last month. I've completed the game, and downloaded the Broken Steel DLC, which I'm about half way through. I decided to check out the achievements before I finish the DLC, so I can
wrap up anything I haven't unlocked yet, and much to my surprise, only the first 4 were actually unlocked. I started looking around to see what might be going on, and logged in to my xbox account online. It says the last time I played FO3 was 24 days ago.
So, basically, no progress has been saved to my account since i disarmed the bomb in Megaton, probably. I have been trying to troubleshoot it, and among other things I tried loading the game and using a new save to try to record my progress. Where it should
allow me to save to the cloud, though, it says offline. There are no issues with my connection and the only other game I've played in the last 24 days has saved to the cloud and stats updated successfully. When I logged in on my laptop, on my profile last
seen it showed Fallout, but it still says I haven't played in 24 days. I have no idea what's going on. Anyone??

So this trouble shooting, does the Xbox 360 fallout 3 goty edition dlc disc installed content get uploaded to the cloud and downloaded to the Xbox one hard drive?

Final Stand Achievements not listed

Same for me !

no achievements on Xbox one, in the other hand on 360 last stand's achievements are listed.

annoying there's so much trouble with the xbox one....

profile connections trouble, freeze, huge latency with applications... maybe some trouble with cloud servers ?

I owned Xbox since february 2002, ( first day in europe ) i bought aproximately 90 games on 3 générations of xbox but xbox one had too much problems !

Nearly 9 years on XboxLive and actually i think to go on Sony, even if i don't like it !

Hey AylaWolf,

Was your Xbox One console connected to Xbox Live while playing? It sounds like you may have been playing offline, but that shouldn't affect earning Achievements offline. What i recommend doing first is clearing your local Xbox 360 storage by following the
steps below:

Select All settings from the Xbox One guide.

Next, scroll down to 'System' and select 'Storage'.

Select Clear local Xbox 360 storage. Note: This will not affect your saves stored in the cloud.

Once you've tried that, try making a new save again to see if similar errors pop-up and let us know how it goes!

I have actually earned 17 achievements in this game that remain locked after 3-4 days...

I have tried a complete uninstall/reinstall, deleted the cloud save and restarted. Still not unlocking achievements that have been earned several times over.
