Trouble with EA account and Microsoft Account

I'm having a real issue connecting my EA/Origin account to my Microsoft account. I'm doing this so that I can log into the Star Wars Battlefront Companion app, but I've forgotten which EA account is already linked to my Microsoft account. Since I have already
linked my Microsoft to one EA account, I can't link it to another, and also cannot unlink my Microsoft account from my previous EA account (because I have forgotten what it is). Any advice or solutions to this problem would be greatly appreciated.

Locked out of EA account

Sorry to hear you're having trouble. If this is an account issue with EA then you'll need to contact them and speak with them again as no one here can help with EA account issues.

Hey there,

What I suggest (Your choice if you wish to follow it) is:

Visit the EA Website, And login to each account you believe you have, Once you are logged in, Go to "My Account: About Me", In there, there's a "Connected Accounts" section, This will tell you whether that EA account is or is not linked to your Microsoft/Xbox
Live account.

It may be a lot of hassle, but hopefully this should help.

If you have forgotten EA passwords (Etc.) Then you can reset them on their website too.

If I'm understanding the second issue correctly your ea account doesnt load when playing an ea game?

As an aside using the same password for different accounts anywhere is asking for trouble not just with your EA account.

EA controls their own games on PC, and this is how they want you to access them. If you're having trouble linking your EA account, you need to contact them because linking happens on their servers. Microsoft only provides authentication
