trouble with downloading update

just checking to see if anyone has had this problem and any solutions. I havent been on my xbox one for awhile and it needed to do an update. I have dsl and for 2 days now it keeps stopping and starting than stops. Keeps saying there is a problem with the
update. my internet connection is strong so no problem there. this last time i tried it went to 33 percent. during this time it kept going from showing the status bar to saying there was a problem, than as quick as it says there is a problem it jumped back
to status bar aagain. this time when it happened it started back at 0 percent/ any help would be greatly appreciated. Bout ready to give up and sell this system.

Trouble Downloading Update

I thought it was just me cause I had my COMP downloading music and movies at the time I power5ed up. All I did was shut off my CPU downloaders. I then said NO to the update after getting 4-5 error msg's. When It got me to the dashboard I hit "Connect
In to Live" and it worked fine.

So In Summary:

1.Say NO to Update

2.Connect to Live from Dashboard

In the Settings menu, select 'Network'.

From here, select 'Test multiplayer connection' and 'Detailed network statistics' and post back with the results

It is for Modern Warfare 3, any other game I can download the updates, I have tried, but Mode Warfare 3 doesnt want to download

Hello,

The easiest way to update your console software is to connect to Xbox LIVE. To update your console by using Xbox LIVE, all you need is an Internet connection.

Connect your Xbox 360 console to the Internet. To learn how, please see Wireless connection or Wired
connection.

Press the Guide button on your controller, go to Settings, and then select System Settings.
Select Network Settings.
Select Wired Network or the name of your wireless network, if you are prompted to do so.
Select Test Xbox LIVE Connection.

Select Yes if you are prompted to update the console software.

Hey NotableLeaf7335! Clearing your system cache is a great first step! If you continue to experience trouble updating, there is another step that I suggest you try, as this error code usually means the storage device (memory unit or hard drive) was not found
during the software update. Follow these steps to remove and re-insert your hard drive device:

Turn off your console.
Remove all console storage devices, including any USB flash drives, external hard drives, or the internal hard drive on the Xbox 360 S console.

Learn how to remove the hard drive.
Add your primary storage device, for example, the hard drive.
Turn on the console
Try updating the console again.

New update for the Xbox Dashboard or for a specific game? I booted up the Xbox this morning and did not have an update. Please let me know some further details and I'll see if I can't help you figure this out.
