Trouble with downloading content for Forza Horizon 3 !PLEASE HELP!

I recently redeemed a code for the Forza Horizon 3 Ultimate Edition content on Xbox.com but the content isn't showing up on my Xbox One console. When I looked if the Xbox Live Service was down it said that the purchase and use of content was currently unavailable.
That was yesterday, and I want my stuff now.

Please help me

I got a free code way back for the Warthog in Forza Horizon 3 - I’ve only just bought Forza Horizon 3 and it seems like the message with the Warthog code has disappeared- can anyone help please?

Exactly the same problem here. I want my VIP status asap.

 

I have also been experiencing the same issue. I redeemed the content on xbox.com yesterday and it is not showing up on my console either.

 

Same here. Redeemed code for VIP, All Stars and Car pass and there is nothing showing up for me to install in manage games. I got two bonus cars because I pre ordered from GameStop and I was able to find and download those. Where is all the content that
comes with ultimate addition. Code says it was redeemed successfully.

 

I have the same problem. Redeemed on Xbox.com doesn't show up anywhere.

I used chat to contact Xbox one support. They said it was a big issue and they were working on it. Igave them my son's gamer tag and the code we redeemed. They saiid they would add us to a report and contact me within 72 hours with an update. I suggest
that anyone having problems contact them and let them know.

 

It would seem the EVERYONE who entered the code for the dlc on the website is effected. Microsoft don't seem to be much help. Turn 10 appear to be working to resolve all this ASAP, but the fact that they are now asking for peoples details (gamertags, 5x5
codes, etc etc) would seem to indicate that information is not retrievable from the Microsoft servers. All in all, a huge f***-*p, it would appear.

 

I have the exact same problem. Ultimate Edition with No VIP, No All Stars and No Car Pass. When I tried to re-enter my code on my X1, instead of on my PC, it said it had already been used. Very frustrated.

 

My VIP, Car pass and Car pack showed up this morning. Yay!! If you are still having trouble, contact support and give them your redemption code and gamer tag. They fixed mine in 48 hours.

 

They patched it this morning about 4:00am. Mine is working fine now.
