    Hello! I'm not very tech savvy so I'm probably doing something wrong but was hoping the community could help. I recently purchased the Minecraft: Favorites Pack download code, which said it also included the full game. I used the code and it downloaded the
    texture/skin packs but I couldn't find the game under 'My Games'.

    I ended up going to the Xbox Store on my One console and looked up Minecraft, which it said I owned. I then downloaded the game and now it let's me play but I can't find the extra texture/skin packs when I do, it just seems to be the basic version.

    Can anyone offer insight into how I can get the content to work? I love the game but I'm feeling taken advantage of by Microsoft that it didn't install everything together when I used the code. This feels more complicated than it should be. Please help!

    Trouble with download.

    In order to download egon locked games, your account region has to match your physical location and you have to be in an area where the game is available.

    Hey KNSHORNET, sorry to hear about the issue! To be sure, when you re-downloaded the game, did you delete the game completely from your HDD, including any associated save files, update files, etc?
