Trouble with Digital Games

I bought the XBOX 1 AC Unity Bundle two weeks ago. I downloaded AC Blag Flag and so far the game works perfectly.

The other games don't play. I installed AC Unity and bought Resident Evil HD remaster and so far both of these games get stuck on the title screen. AC Unity won't load past the screen that says "This game saves automatically when you see this icon" and
Resident Evil HD Remaster always bounces me back to the dash after a few seconds. I also installed the Destiny trial version and that won't play either. All of my other apps work fine. It just seems to be an issue with digital games.

I've tried the hard reboot where I hold down the console button for ten seconds/unplug the power. I've tried the dashboard reset and I've tried the MAC clear and nothing has worked. I'm just about out of ideas. I've also tried the system restore option. Any
help/suggestions for this problem would be greatly appreciated.

I also tried the restore to factory settings option and that didn't work either.

I'm sorry to hear about the issue. You may have already tried some of these, but let's try out some troubleshooting steps in this particular order to see if we can get you back to playing your digital games.

• Uninstall the AC Unity and Resident Evil HD games.
  
• Power Cycle your Xbox One console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will power down.
  
• Once the console is powered down, unplug the console the power source and leave it unplugged for three minutes.
  
• After three minutes has passed, plug all the cords back in, turn the console back on.
  
• Reinstall AC Unity and Resident Evil HD.
• Launch each game separately and try playing them as you normally would.

Please dont uninstall all games as a first step to troubleshoot :/

1st, go to power and start up, hit "restart now". when it comes back on, try one of the games in question. if one works, start going down the list.

2nd, if it did not work, then try deleting your profile, then restart xbox, redownload your profile, and go to the settings, home xbox, and make the xbox youre playing on youre home xbox and see if the games will start.

if it STILL doesnt work, uninstall (1) of those games( preferably the smaller of the 2) to test it out, and see if when reinstalled it works. then proceed with the others as needed. If the one game fails, call Xbox Support.
