Trouble with Destiny Rise of Iron

I bought Rise of Iron from Gamestop. When I came home, I went into the store on my Xbox and redeemed my code. All it did was put $30 into my outlook account. When I went into the store to buy the DLC, it said that Rise of Iron was only available in the
bundle. And when I went into Destiny it said it failed to to connect to the store. But when I went on my brother's account it said that Rise of Iron was available for purchase at $29.99. I don't know how to deal with this situation. Is there something
I can do to fix it, should I go back to gamester and ask to have it returned, or something else?

Destiny - Rise of Iron / no preorder worldwide

In-case you guys haven't been checking every day like the rest of us, Rise of Iron pre-orders now available.

Also Dead Dude, it's been confirmed there will be no interaction with the wolves so you've been lead astray.

Try going in-game and purchasing it there if your not able to do so through the store.

In order to buy Rise of Iron at the discounted price, your account must own all prior Destiny content. This includes The Taken King and both expansions. If your brother's account is seeing the discounted price, that would seem to indicate that the licences
for all the content is on that account. If you would like to own Rise of Iron on your account, you will need to purchase the full collection at full price.

I seem to be getting something different.

I can't easily find "Destiny: Rise of Iron" in the store pages without doing a manual search for "Rise of Iron".

I get an add-on page for ROI, but there's no purchase/pre-order options. There's only a message that says "(!) Destiny: Rise of Iron is currently not available."

They are being kind of sneaky on this one.

My friends are thinking of coming back to "Destiny" for the "Rise of Iron" but cannot find anything but the £50.00 download in the store.

The store HIDES "The Rise Of Iron" @ £24.99 unless you own "The Taken King".

If you own "Destiny" on the XBox ONE you need to purchse "The Taken King" for £14.99 and then "Rise Of Iron" is available for £24.99.

This saves you £10.00.
