trouble with codes

Highly disappointed with help and support. I bought an EA access code for my son but for some unknown reason whilst trying to put it on my sons account it has gone on my account. after being on the phone to microsoft for 30 minutes they told me to speak
to EA. Wasted 30 minutes on the phone to EA who told me it is down to Microsoft. Then spent another 30 minutes speaking to Microsoft. They are refusing to transfer to my sons account and disable the access on my account. For such a large company they DO NOT
know how to look after their customers. It wouldnt be difficult to transfer something simple.

My father gave me a code for 1 year of XBOX Live Gold and I came to use on the website, but when I was playing Destiny I tried to enter a PvP room and it was saying that i dont have XBOX Live Gold!

Can you aid me?

taking responsibility in assisting you with your EA Access code for your sons account. However you contact EA and fill a complaint that they did not support you with one of their products please click on the link https://help.ea.com/uk/contact-us/# which will
take you via their website instead of spending money with phone calls.
