Trouble with code

In april i was provided a £5 code but the promotion team but i was on my other account at the time. but the time i signed into this account to redeem the code it was expired. what do i do about this?

My father gave me a code for 1 year of XBOX Live Gold and I came to use on the website, but when I was playing Destiny I tried to enter a PvP room and it was saying that i dont have XBOX Live Gold!

Can you aid me?
