    Trouble With Call Of Duty


    Hi

    After some recent hassle with Guitar Hero Live, my Xbox seems unable to install either of the Call of Dutys. I bought Ghosts, and Advanced Warfare, and neither of them can be installed on my console. AW seems to only get to 1% before it stops (and I've
    tried everything; power rebooting, update later, update now, cleaning the disk, going offline etc for BOTH games), and Ghosts gets to about 6-8% before it stops and tells me that the disk is damaged or dirty. The problem is, these are new disks. I didn't buy
    pre-owned. So is it a compatibility problem or is the problem in my console? Because I'm really going to be disappointed if I have to take them back. My account is different to the one I sign in with here.

    How to setup xbox live settings to get no lag?

    There may be an issue with activision's/iw's servers, especcially if you only have trouble with call of duty games.

    Windows Live ID: the e-mail associated with your Xbox account.

    I am assuming that when you sign up for elite, you are using the e-mail attached to Druidnator90210 on Xbox.

    Not necessarily. As I've shown, you can have multiple e-mail addresses and thus multiple accounts associated with one gamertag on Call of Duty: Elite. He may need to disassociate his e-mail with the wrong GT, and associate it with the correct GT on their
    end.

    Of course, this is assuming the e-mail he is using to sign up is also the WLID associated with the correct GT.
