Trouble with 2 different errors

I keep getting 'took too long to start' and 'insert the game disc, we need that to verify the license' errors 2 to 3 times weekly. Power cycling/hard restarting helps temporarily, but then the errors come back again a few days later. I've also tried:

1. Factory resetting w/keeping everything

2. Exchanging for a different Xbox.

3. Clearing my mac address and persistent storage. Deleting and redownloading EVERY(Yes that's right) game on my two external hard drives.

4. Deleting and redownloading my account.

5. My provider has inspected my router, Comcast says that there are NO issues!

6. Unplugging everything from my Xbox and letting it sit for 3 minutes as suggested by Xbox customer support, and YES I am plugged directly into a wall outlet and NOT a power strip.

None of these steps have made the errors stop or go away long term, NOT ONE!! These errors are unbearable and driving me crazy, does anyone know of anything I haven't tried yet? Thanks.

How many people use the same internet in your household? People confuse fast internet with strong internet all the time. What game is it ? Sometimes when I get this issue I have to uninstall the game then clear local saved games before installing again.

Yes i tried remove and reset everything on Monday 12/24 when I had error trouble then. None of my games are on the internal anyway, they're all on my external hard drives. I have 60 different games so not using an external hard drive isn't an option for
me.

Thanks for reaching out to us in forums for this issue as well as providing us with the troubleshooting that you've tried so far. Since you've tried a lot of different steps thus far, if you haven't already done so, I'd recommend that you try a wired connection
for your console rather than wireless (this is also great for online play as its a lot more stable) and that should help a bit with the "took too long to start" part of the equation. In general, when you have any issues launching a game, I'd personally recommend
the Xbox One Game Freeze Solution as that helps me out quite a bit when I get into that realm of issues myself.

In regard to the licensing verification, you can try
removing your profile, restarting the console and then re-downloading your profile to the console which normally helps refresh that information. If you are game sharing, then you'd need to ensure that the profile that owns the game is still listed as the
home console profile.

Just me, i live aline in an apartment. It isn't one particular game, I get both errors randomly 2 to 3 times weekly with any game.

Thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry to hear about the issue with game errors. I recommend to try installing a game on the internal hard drive to test the Xbox performance. The hard drive may have a corrupted file.
