    Trouble when downloading profile


    Suddenly my profile logout from my game. I have tried many times to download it again, but no success until this moment. I have already cleaned cache, excluded the damaged profile, but I can't download it again. Please, help me. Thanks a lot. Regards.

    Hey there Higgs! I'm sorry to hear you are having trouble downloading your profile. Does this happen only when you try downloading your profile on this console, or all consoles? Also, do other profiles have the same issue downloading to your console? Let

    it can be 3 things. one, your friends account isn't a gold account. two, you dont have wifi. or three, the xbox live network is down. there is really nothing you could do but to follow the instructions to fix your network after you test it.

    can you sign in on xbox.com with it or on account.live.com or both? if so , try changing something and then redownloading the profile
