    Trouble Unlocking Earned Achievements


    To Whom it May Concern,

    I have completed four achievements for the game Final Fantasy XV that have not unlocked. three of which are story line chapters (5,6,&7) and the last is one called Weaving a Tapestry which consists of performing 80 side quests, which I have completed over
    130+. I believe i have completed these as of 12/16/16 under the gamertag .

    I have spoken with Xbox Live support which have run all their normal trouble shooting processes and the two members ive spoken too have both agreed that this is a situation that only someone on this end of the spectrum can help resolve.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated, as multiple attempts at repeating these achievements have done nothing along with all the troubleshooting.

    Joy Ride Turbo full garage achievement wont unlock

    Hey there Abby! I understand you are having some trouble with this achievement. First, can you confirm that this achievement was earned while connected to LIVE? Also, have you tried earning any other achievements since this one? Sometimes unlocking another
    one helps unlock the "stuck" one. Let me know if that helps, thanks!

    Achievements not updating

    I’m having trouble with backwards compatible achievements unlocking. I have earned them and they have popped in a couple of different games and show as unlocked in the game tab. However, they do not update on the game list or full profile gamerscore. I have
    tried waiting, unlocking a different achievement in the hopes it updates, unlocking the achievement itself again but nothing works. I contacted Xbox support but they redirected me here with the ticket number 1435656161. How can I fix this?

    Gamer score/ completed game list not updated even if all achievement of TWD 400 DLC game is unlocked

    If you have no more achievements in that game to unlock, then go here:

    forums.xbox.com/.../1802711.aspx

    Post your game that is having trouble, the achievements earned that aren't showing, and the time stamp on those achievements. There is a support team working on fixing these.

    However, only do this if the game you're having trouble with is supposed to be complete, ie there are no more achievements to be earned. If there are achievements in the game that can still be earned, earning an achievement in that game will update it and
    resolve the issue.

    Xbox Achievements are now unlocking but like 30 previous ones I met the requirements for in the past month I should have unlocked still are not unlocked.

    Microsoft is not able to 'unlocked' the achievements for you. Now that achievements unlocking is working for you, try earning the achievement in question again.

    Hey Diamondgeezer13,

    Have you tried re-earning those achievements? I would like to clarify that the factory restore would not unlock those achievements, and they will need to be re-earned. Try picking an easier achievement and let us know if you're able to unlock it.
