Trouble Unlocking Achievements & Hacked Achievements Issue

Shorter topic being that several years ago I had my account broken into and hacked achievements loaded onto my account. I never gave it much mind after getting my account back, but now I feel as though it may be more of a problem than just a neutral object
involved in my account. I would like to have these removed. The achievements total up to 14,000 gamerscore and the game list is as follows

DDR/DS Universe 2

Winning Eleven 2009

Winning Eleven 2010

Risen

As for the second and more annoying problem I am having since Early November of this year I have been unable to unlock or gain any progress for achievements on my account. I have been through multiple trouble shooting procedures and so far nothing has worked.
I have tried power cycling the console, factory resetting the console and saving my games and apps, deleting my account from the console and re downloading it, factory resetting the console and saving nothing. I also though tit might have been caused by my
account's home Xbox not being the console that I always play on, so I made it my home Xbox and tried to unlock an achievement on Forza Horizon 3 (A Forzathon task). It did not work again. I have a friend of mine who signed into my account on his console and
he unlocked achievements for me without any trouble. I have read a lot online now that there was a lot of problems like this occurring in early 2016 but not as of the past few months. I am curious that it might be something to do with my console or my network
here. I have a custom setup firewall and I think that some of the ports for my Xbox might be blocked and therefore not allowing me to unlock achievements, but I am unsure if that's even a possibility.

I would greatly appreciate any help leading to a resolution for this annoying issue.

Ryse Achievements not unlocking

Live was having some connection issues the thing with achievement is if live is having issues you cannot unlock x1 achievements.
The achievement community was groining about this yesterday as nothing was unlocking

 

If you have modded achievements then the enforcement team will reset all of your xbox 360 Gamerscore,not just the games you've listed.

You wont be able to re earn any reset achievements on that account again.

Yes, just on Xbox One. It's been happening since the start of November.

If none of those work then there is a survey you need to fill out on the bottom of that page.

 

This survey is done at another site that seems as though it is not at all affiliated with Microsoft. Just like how I have also been directed to TrueAchievements.com for support but they are not affiliated with Microsoft, and they have it listed in several
places under their website that they cannot help at all in the situation.

Also, do actual staff come to help on these forum posts or will I only get help from "Ambassadors"?

I only ask because this seems like a problem only Official Staff could be of any serious help with.

If you fill out that survey then an official staff member will see it & look into your account.

They hardly bother actually posting on the forums anymore

 

I had already contacted support numerous times. They had no clue what I was talking about half they time and nor did they. The only reasonable offer of help was the link to post here on the forums.

Sorry to hear about the troubles. You'll definitely want to follow the steps provided in the thread by Daft Badger, up to and including the survey in the final step. Do note that filling out the survey does not guarantee a resolution however the information
is reviewed and passed along to the appropriate teams for investigation.
