    Trouble trying to open star club


    How do I get help with Microsoft star club? I played it awhile ago and it worked fine, but didn"t play it for a couple of months and now when I try to open the app it just defaults to the main menu. Any suggestions?

    I have star club on my laptop computer but on my IPad it will not open just says coming soon. Thinking I have to buy premium package will solve. NO. Please help

    Trouble trying to open star club

    Hi DullerGeoduck74,

    Let's first make certain that you're not missing an update for the game.

    1. Press the Windows key

    2. Type in Windows Update

    3. Under the search bar you see on the right, choose Check for Updates

    4. In the Windows Update screen, press the Check Now button

    5. Even if it doesn't seem to find any updates, click on View Details

    6. Install any updates you see that haven't been installed- including optional ones

    7. Restart using the restart option from the shutdown menu.

    Then please try these steps:

    1. Press Windows Key + R

    2. In the box, type wsreset.exe and press Enter

    3. This will re-launch the Windows Store

    4. Hover over the right-hand side to bring up the charm bar

    5. Choose Settings

    6. Choose App Updates

    7. Choose Sync licenses

    If you find that these steps show that you are completely up to date, then please try the following in order to fix any possible corruption in the game’s files. Uninstall the game and then restart your system by selecting the “Restart” option from the shutdown
    menu. Once you’re back up and running, press the Windows Key+R and type wsreset.exe in the dialog box and press Enter. This will refresh and re-open the Windows Store app and you can reinstall the game.

    Please let us know if these steps do not help you get back into the game. Thank you.

    Also what about the Star Club. I've opened all 3, Beat them all, I got 610 Stars. Is there more than 3? If so, how do I open them?

    How to get further stars after the first level of playing in the star club.

    Hello ChillBasoon335,

    The stars earned in Star Club are cumulative. So try playing Spider or Tri Peaks and earn some more stars to unlock more levels!

    Microsoft Solitaire Collection doesn't work...

    after opening the app to do daily challenges i tap on star club it then shows me two tiles first one says i have 190 stars i have completed all games and it has i crown on it the wild west one has a lock on it saying 50 stars to unlock when i tap on this
    it opens and briefly says 0/200 at the top then quickly returns back to the start of the app
