Trouble starting black ops 3,xbox live sign in error

Just got black ops 3,downloaded it,tyres to play it but it says I need to sign in to Xbox live for the update. I was already signed in. But I hit ok and it said my Xbox live connection was disconnected ...tested it. It was connected. And just kept going
in circles. I am connected to Xbox live but the game won't let me proceed further. What can I do?

Two problems (xbox 360)

I'm using the xbox 360 E. I'm really starting to get tired of this, I just tried to play some black ops 2, was able to play for like 2-3 minutes then xbox live signs out, followed by being kicked out of the match. I can play minecraft online with two of
my friends all day long, so I'm starting to think its something between live and black ops 2. cod ghosts will do it to but black ops 2 seems to be the worse.

Would it be better to go to live support?

 

You have several options:

1. Clearing the cache on your Xbox 360

-Press the Xbox 360 Guide Button

-Go to settings and select System Settings

-Highlight the storage device in which your game was downloaded

-Press Y on the controller

The cache will be cleared and then you can try playing the game

Option 2: Delete the game

-Press the Xbox 360 Guide Button

-Go to settings and select System Settings

-Go to the Settings hub, and choose System.

-Select Storage

-Select Hard Drive

-Select Game/Games

-Select the Game/Games that you want to delete

-Press Y for game options and Select Delete

-Reinstall the Game/Games

 

Didn't work. Still says my Xbox live connection was lost yet I'm still signed in. Testing connection flat through with all connected. Any other suggestions?
