Trouble Signing In

I may be the first person to have this problem, here's a step-by-step of what I did :

Brought my old Xbox live account from my 360 to my One, no problem

Purchased Titanfall on the marketplace on the 11th

A few days later my account got permanently suspended for license transferring

I make a new live account, buy a gold subscription, I can still play Titanfall

The only problem is Kinect tries to sign me in to my original, banned account, then tells me it can't. It won't let me sign into my old account to turn off Kinect sign in or whatever. I would just take the account off my One, but I'm afraid I would lose
Titanfall. Any advice?

I have a good connection but when i go to sign in to Xbox Live it can't connect...can anyone help me on this?

"UPON RECEIVING A PERMANENT SUSPENSION, ALL CONTENT LICENSES, GOLD MEMBERSHIP TIME, AND MICROSOFT ACCOUNT BALANCE ASSOCIATED WITH THE SUSPENDED ACCOUNT ARE FORFEITED."

Yes, if you remove the purchasing account, you will lose Titanfall.

its via wireless and their are no codes. i tested the connection and it was good to go but when i try to connect it just says "can't connect to Xbox LIVE. Select Test Connection to troubleshoot, or try downloading your profile again.

Hey there, I suggest you give this method a try.

Delete your profile (profile ONLY as opposed to profile and items, when prompted)
Clear your system cache 3 times
Re-download your profile

Instructions to do those are linked in each step. Let us know if that works for you!

If not, try resetting your password and trying again after those three steps.
