Trouble signing in after account was suspended

Good Morning,

My account was suspend because of payment, I inserted a new credit card in order to get 1 year gold membership but its still saying I have to pay. How long does it take to accept new payment and let me play ? or do I have to do something else ?

Suspension

Hi, I'm having trouble signing in to xbox live account, it said i was suspended from my account and i do not know why.

Help would be much accepted.

Date of suspension was: 6 / 17 / 2014

Am I screwed? suspended live account

I used a prepaid debit card that had $1 left on it to sign up for one of the "free month of xbox live" since I knew it was an auto-pay scam.
I thought once the month was up it would just drop me back to Silver since there were no funds.

But they suspended my account, so now I can't do anything online with my account, including redownload games I already bought.

Is there anyway I can change my account to silver instead of a suspended gold account without paying MS's extortion, or am I screwed?

Sometimes it can take 24 to 48hrs for a subscription to resolve or populate throughout the system.

Thank you for your reply. The issue is that I paid a subscription on a very old account my children don't use any more and I need to change it to the new account ! How do I do this ? I have read just about for 4 hours all your help posts and nothing like
this exists . Is there a live person to call to speak with ?

Well for this is the notification I got when I sign into my main account, if it's supposed to be permanently suspended shouldn't it say "this account is permanently suspended" instead of "this account is suspended"?

Are you sure you haven't used another e-mail address in the past? Please have a look at this guide. It will help you check all the settings, like e-mail connected to your gamertag. Good luck

I tried pretty much all of this, but no results. I am unable to view, enter or change any security proofs in my account. It just displays two partial email adresses that mean nothing to me. Tried to remove them, and now it states that i have to wait until
22-9 until my securityinfo is accesible or changable again.
