Trouble Setting Up Xbox One

Hello people! I'm kinda desperate and looking for help. I recently purchased an Xbox one and while i setting it up I can't seem to be able to set it up HD. To explain myself a little better, My 360 Dashboard looks MUCH better than my One Dashboard.

I have tried browsing between 720 and 1080 and while 720 looks better, it does't have that "crystal clear look" you know? (It's just, right now, my 360 looks with better definition than the Xbox One)

To explain a little more my problem, I am using a 19" inch Samsung HDTV, and I'm using HDMI cables, I tried using a multi HDMI connector to have both consoles and then tried directly plugging the On cable into the tv, but it looks the same. I don't know
if that helps out.

Please, I'm really desperate, lol. Any help or advice, would be great, and if it can't be fixed, I want to identify the problem, like "it's the TV" or the cables. Thanks a lot.

Trouble Setting Up Xbox One

Change your Tv's setting.

Try Game Mode if your set has one. If not scroll through the defaults until you find one that looks better.

Also I would like to add. I have a 50" LG and a 19" Vizio and the few times I plugged my One into the Small 19" screen the Resolution was Poor, Even In the Tv's Game Mode.

Alright, thanks for the answer.... is there any way I can check my Tv Specs? Or if my model is just outdated for the Xbox one?

 

Its recommend that you leave the TV connection on HDMI (Auto-detect) setting, which lets your Xbox One console select the TV resolution based on information provided by the TV. Also its recommended to leave the color space setting set to TV (RGB Limited).
RGB Limited is the broadcast standard for video content and is intended for use with televisions.

Still for the best performance you should get a TV set with the above qualities.
