    Just recently i have not been able to send messages from my xbox because when i click reply it shows the message thread but no keyboard. Also, when i long press the xbox button on the controller it takes me to an account on my friends list instead of giving
    me the option to turn my console on or off.

    Hey there Brody,

    Sorry to hear you are running into this problem. If you did not receive any notifications stating that you have been suspended then you should be fine. Of course you can always confirm by going over to the
    Enforcement Website
    and logging into your account.

    If you have not been suspended I would suggest some basic troubleshooting. Go ahead and try to

    Physically Power Cycle     your Xbox One console. If this does not work you can also try to

    Remove and then Add     your account on the console. Sometimes Resyncing your data can fix the problem.
