    Trouble retrieving Xbox 360 saves to Xbox one


    I saved about five Minecraft worlds on Xbox 360 to cloud storage, then traded in my Xbox 360 for an Xbox one, but now when I hit the "Retrieve Xbox 360 worlds" button, it only retrieves one world. And I had some awesome worlds I spent a long time on but
    I can't get them. Can anyone help me get these worlds? PLEASE?! Xbox support couldn't help me and told me to come here and post a question.

    cloud saving on XBOX ONE

    i had to reinstall a game on xbox one and i lost my progress i looked online and it said that it automatically saves to the cloud or hard drive and then it syncs to the cloud. i have no idea how to access the cloud or anything. i called support and they said that hard drive saves are only for 360. how do i retrieve the data?

    Transferring 360 saves

    I'm also having issues transferring my Xbox 360 save to my Xbox one. The weird thing is, I'm only having trouble transferring a specific map of mine.

    You can only retrieve one saved world from the 360 version to the xbox one version.

    Pretty sure it does tell you this in game.

    ^^ I thought you could do multiple worlds, but you have to do it one at a time. In order to do the other worlds, you would need your Xbox 360 to upload the next world after you're done with the first world.

    You may be right Egg,not played Minecraft in ages so will boot it up later to find out for sure.

    Hello again. Yes Im using the same account. The xbox one is off when I save the 360 to the cloud...the the 360 is off when I retrieve it on the xbox one edition, then from there I transfer it to the new version of minecraft (only it does not transfer that
    save but the previous one). I've been using energy saver all along and since my xbox one is only several months old, the cache is fine.
