    Trouble redeeming xbox 360 games.


    Hi,

    When I'm trying to redeem ANY of my 360 games on my box one it gives me the following error: xboxsubscriptionsmismatchedmarketandlanguage.

    All the games are supposed to be global.

    I can play them with the Disk, but I want to add them to my account.

    Is anyone else having this problem?

    Is there any solution?

    I appreciate any help you can provide me.

    Trouble redeeming xbox 360 games.

    That error code makes it sound like it's a region issue. 360 games can be region locked. In order to download them, your account region has to match your physical location and you have to be in a region where they are available.

    Is it just an issue playing the 360 Games with Gold titles on your 360, or are you also having trouble claiming them in the first place?

    When it comes to redeeming the games, I believe you need an active payment method / credit card on your account.

    Sorry to hear about the troubles. Have you tried redeeming the code from both Xbox.com and your Xbox 360 console itself? If not, please try redeeming directly from your Xbox 360. If it doesn't work, please provide us with the error code and/or messages that
    pop up so we can investigate further.

    xinlongw i have also been having trouble with redeeming a code for this much gold. if you could state what game and if it is for xb1 or 360, and also if your gold is working now,that would be appriciated.

    The games I purchased and downloaded can be played by another user (account) on my old console?

    The games that were on the previous console (which is no longer in your possession) are attached/associated to your Gamertag. The person who is the new owner will not be able to play the games.

    The games which you install to your Xbox One will not be deleted from your Xbox 360. If the games are psychical copies, then you own those games and have no trouble redeeming to your Xbox One. The person who bought the Xbox 360 (or owns) will not be able
    to play those games because they are associated to your Gamertag.
