Trouble redeeming TombRaider code provided with XBOX ONEX console

Just purchased a new One X which came with a 24 digit code for Shadow of The Tombraider and get the error message 'Check the instructions that came with your code. You might want to redeem it on a different web page. Can anyone help please?

Sorry to hear about the troubles. Have you tried redeeming the code from both Xbox.com and your Xbox 360 console itself? If not, please try redeeming directly from your Xbox 360. If it doesn't work, please provide us with the error code and/or messages that
pop up so we can investigate further.

Thanks for posting, usually with a bundle that comes with Xbox Live Gold or Games included is a sheet with a 25 Digit code. Try following the guide on this article:

How to Redeem an Xbox Prepaid code. Be sure to be signed into your account on the Xbox or on the
Microsoft Redemption website.

If the issue persists do try and contact a support agent using our
Contact Us portal.

Thanks for your reply however we are signed into our account all ok and have tried to redeem on the xbox and on a pc on our Microsoft account and neither work. We still get the above error message every time. I will try to contact you guys tomorrow when
you are open. Thanks
