    Trouble Redeeming Day One Achievement


    Way back in November, when I first got my Xbox One, I got the Day One edition, and tried to redeem the Day One Achievement code. When I did it, it said success! But it never came up saying 'Achievement Unlocked'. So when I go to my achievements, it's not
    there. When I compared with someone else who has one, it says they have it, but I don't. What's weirder, is that below it it says that I unlocked it on the 22/11/2013. So I've unlocked it, but I don't have it. Does anyone know how to fix this?

    I'm pretty sure the achievement is unlocked by redeeming a prepaid code in the Day One packaging.

    Yeah, I already tried that in November, and I tried it just now again, but it still didn't work. It still says that I've unlocked it but don't have it.
