    Trouble Redeeming Codes.


    Okay, so when I try and redeem a code via my laptop, it comes up saying that my location is inaccurate and I need to change it. So I did, and it came up with the same thing even though I changed it. So I tried it on my XBOX with the EXACT same code, and
    it says that the code is invalid. I have been trying all day to get it to work and it doesn't. Please someone help! Please!

    Are you having trouble redeeming the code or have you redeeming the code and are having issues? If you can post more details on the issue, that will help.

    Trouble Redeeming Code

    I'm trying to redeem an unused (had to rip away the strip on the back to use) 240 microsoft point card.

    I keep getting an error code:

    Trouble Redeeming Codes.

    Are you sure that the code that you purchased is actually for the region you are in? If you have a code for a different region (say you'd purchased it online), you wouldn't be able to redeem it on your account. For instance, you can't redeem a code for the
    UK if you are in the US.

    Please be sure not to post codes on the forums, as anyone can see and redeem them. If you're having trouble redeeming the codes make sure the region of your account is set to the correct region of your physical locale. Cross-region accounts aren't supported
    and can cause trouble with redeeming codes.

    If you get a chance, please share the error code you're receiving when trying to redeem a code. Thanks!
