    So I am tryig to purchase GTA V with a Mastercard Giftcard, and every time I try purchasing it, this message keeps popping up: Contact us at Microsoft support

    We’re having trouble processing your payment and we’d like to get it sorted out.

    And all of my credit card information is correct.

    Please help me solve this.

    Not all gift cards will work with Live, so you may want to check with Mastercard to make sure it will and also see if you need to add your address to the card to make it work as well.

    Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums. The issue may be with the gift card itself. Once you decide to add a payment instrument to the account, the system will ask for billing information to link to the payment instrument. Since the gift card does not
    have any billing information attached to it, it will not complete the transaction for the item. We recommend utilizing a different payment instrument to complete the purchase. Be sure to let us know the results!
