Trouble purchasing and downloading game

Help! I'm stuck in a loop of entering billing info but not actually being able to purchase games online. I just bought my Xbox One two weeks ago, and this morning for the first time I tried to purchase a downloadable game through the Xbox Store. I entered
my credit card and personal info but was taken right back to the screen asking me to enter billing info. So I did it again. Again, I was taken back to the screen asking me to enter billing info. So, one more time I tried but got the same result. I entered
everything correctly, and checking my Xbox account on my PC it looks like Microsoft now has all my billing info saved to my account, but for some reason I can't seem to buy a game. There was never any screen asking me to confirm purchase or begin downloading
the game, just a cycle of entering billing info. I was 50/50 on keeping the Xbox (freezes in-game and at menu screen as well as major issues playing online for Halo MCC), but this latest issue may have pushed me towards returning it.

please i am living in UAE and i purchased fable trilogy the purchasing done and it deducted from my credit card but when i came to download it it says this item isn't available from your current location so what can i do ??

please support

note : here in UAE there is no postal code so i create as its in UK postal code and adress

switch to ms points by pressing x at payment screen

and it will fix that error

Hi Bob,

There is currently a service alert out for the marketplace. This is likely the issue that is preventing you from purchasing the game right now. My suggestion would be to give them some time untill the issue is cleared up. Once it is try again. If the problem
persists then contact support as it's likely a billing issue and they're better equipped to assist you.

Hiliom - It's best to create your own thread instead of bumping an old one. Since your account region and your physical location do not match, you will run into this issue when purchasing region locked content. Some content is not available in all regions
and in order to download it your account region has to match your physical location. There is no way around region locking.

These solutions are correct and for future reference the next free games will possibly have this same issue so if there is this problem in the future try this solution again.
